This program is an opportunity for those with tight finances to practice Bikram Yoga regularly. The applicants should be dedicated practitioners of Bikram Yoga and willing to exchange work at the studio for free yoga classes. There is no financial exchange in this program.

Bikram Yoga Quincy serves Quincy, Braintree, Dorchester, Milton, Weymouth…and surrounding areas with exceptional instruction in Bikram Yoga.

Bikram Yoga is a series of 26 hatha yoga postures (asanas) done in a specific order over 90 minutes in a heated room. The series was brought to the US over 30 years ago by Bikram Choudhury, and is now taught globally by thousands of certified instructors. At Bikram Yoga Quincy all of our instructors completed Bikram’s rigorous Teacher Training and are Certified by Bikram to teach his series.

New to Bikram?

How to prepare:

1. On your first visit arrive at least fifteen minutes before the class starts.
2. Hydrate well before and after class.
3. We recommend not eating 2-3 hours before class. As you practice the yoga more you will discover a timing that works for you.
